Antevenio Group is a company operating within the online advertising and marketing industry. We are a leading company in this sector both in Spain and in the south of Europe. Our company has built its own business model based on efficiency, quality, experience, technology and professionalism.
Antevenio offers a broad range of advertising direct response services and  to advertisers from all industry sectors. Antevenio means "to be ahead" in Latin. The name was not chosen by chance: Antevenio aims to help brands get ahead of their competitors, to find and gain prospects and to retain the loyalty of current clients.
With presence in Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) and Italy (Milan), Antevenio's area of influence spreads out over several European and Latin American countries.

Antevenio Group is the only Spanish Internet company to be listed on the Stock Exchange since 14 February 2007, when it first stood in the Alternext market of Euronext-NYSE in Paris.

Background

Antevenio S.A. was established on 20 November 1997 under the name of "Interactive Network" but it later changed its name to I-Network. In April 2005, the General Meeting of Shareholders decided to change the company name to the current one, Grupo Antevenio.
The company headed the dawn of online advertising in Spain and is now a well-known leader in the market. Antevenio was created to cover the needs of advertisers, agencies and websites. On the one hand, the need of websites to have a commercial team, a trade marketing strategy, technology and commercial products which will help them optimize their audience rate without requiring large investments. On the other hand, advertisers and agencies, who demanded a sole interlocutor gathering the offers of hundreds of websites and providing a wide range of products, a high-quality service and innovation. Throughout the years, Antevenio, which was born as a selective advertising network, has widened its range of services to include email marketing, direct response marketing, affiliate marketing and loyalty marketing.

The Antevenio Group is made up of several companies:

• Antevenio S.A. – parent company of the Group which includes the Antevenio Media and Antevenio Direct business units.

• Centrocom Cyber S.L. – company established in 1996 to develop Online Direct Response services.

• Netfilia Interactiva S.A. – company of the group acquired in 2007 to develop affiliate marketing.

• Marketing Manager de Servicios de Marketing S.L.- company developing SMS and emailing technological solutions.

• Antevenio S.R.L. Italia. – subsidiary of Antevenio S.A. based in Milan and operating in the Italian market.
